Installation Guides

Install IPTV Smarters or TiviMate. Open app → choose Xtream Codes → enter your credentials.

Download IPTV Smarters Pro or GSE Smart IPTV from App Store. Add M3U link or Xtream credentials.

Install Downloader app, enter code 78522 to get Smarters Pro, and login with your info.

Install Smart IPTV, IBO Player or SET IPTV. Add your URL to the app and start streaming.

Go to Settings → Servers → Portals, enter the portal URL we provide and restart the device.

Install PVR IPTV Simple Client add-on → Configure with your M3U URL and enable it.

Troubleshooting

Use speedtest.net. We recommend ≥25 Mbps for HD and ≥50 Mbps for reliable 4K streaming.

Buffering is usually network-related. Try wired Ethernet, restart your router, or check if other devices are downloading.

Restart the app and device, clear app cache, or try a different server. Contact support if it persists.

Ensure the URL is correct. If you recently changed your device, request a refreshed link from support.

Often due to MAC address mismatch. Provide your MAC to support so they can bind it to your account.
